[When will my item ship?]...
Orders can take up to 2-3 days to be processed and shipped.
The shipping estimator provided at check out will take our warehouse processing times into consideration when providing estimation dates. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when making your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
[How much does the shipping cost?]...
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for the shipping costs to the customer.
[What if I want to cancel?]...
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order
has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
[How can I track my order?]...
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.
[What is Import Duties & Taxes?]...
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Narianna encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Narianna at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window.
Return/Exchanges
We understand that when you need to exchange a dress, you would like to have your dream dress asap. There is no restocking fee for exchanging a dress. Therefore our turnaround time for exchanges is fast to make sure you have your dress in time. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process and ship your exchange.
To return or exchange your dress, a Return Authorization is required. Returns and Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned dresses or you can choose store credit and will receive the full amount. Please keep in mind that we do no profit from the restocking fee and it is solely to ensure our low prices which are 60% less than department stores. Whether it is a return or an exchange, a return label is not provided when submitting a Request Authorization, including international orders.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 3-5 days.
Return Due To Change Of Mind
Narianna will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
(Narianna) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
